Public Information Requests

In order to insure that all requests are treated uniformly, the following guidelines have been established:
  • Request for information must be submitted in writing
  • Request must include the requestor's name, mailing address, and phone number where requestor can be contacted during regular business hours
  • Request must follow the guidelines set forth in The Public Information Act
  • Requests shall be submitted to City Hall and are accepted by mail, fax, email, or in person
