City Hall Lobby Closure

In order to protect customers and city staff alike from the spread of COVID-19, effective Monday, July 6, 2020 the lobby at City Hall will be closed to the public.


Front office staff will be working normal office hours and will be answering phones and responding to e-mails from the public.


The city is asking customers to make utility and court payments via the drop box out front, by phone, mail or online at https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/grandviewtx. or by clicking on "Additional Info..."
