Complaint

It is the policy of the Grandview Police Department to thoroughly investigate all complaints made against police employees. To insure the integrity of the police department, procedures have been established, which will assure a prompt and thorough investigation of the alleged or suspected misconduct.
 
Persons wishing to make a written formal complaint against a police employee will need to read over and provide a narrative from our 
Grandview Police Department Complaint Process and Forms document. The filing of a formal written complaint will result in a full Internal Affairs Investigation. If the complaint is substantiated disciplinary action up to and including termination may occur. In keeping with Texas state law the complaint must be signed and notarized and a copy will be given to the officer.
